3rd Gen came to Argona early in development for assistance in preparing for raising capital. Argona's primary role was developing a 5 year projection ProForma that was flexible and editable by the client in order to run simulations based on choice variables to find the best financial path forward.
Argona finished this project and went above and beyond by developing a capitalization table and running some early-stage valuations while setting 3rd Gen on the path to debt funding which could leverage the prepared friends and family investment round to finish the necessary investments through small scale mezzanine financing.
